Devin Markle, M.Ed., CMPC
Devin has worked with individuals and teams to achieve their full potential both on and off the field. She has experience working with youth development programs through Olympic and Professional level athletes. She has developed curriculums for NFL and NBA pre-draft classes with athletes continuing their work with her after joining a professional team. It is her continued enthusiasm and love of sports that fuel her commitment to work with athletes in the pursuit of their goals.
Devin’s passion outside of working with athletes is with children and adolescents. She received training at Northshore Recovery High School and has experience with numerous treatment centers. Within these settings she provided individual and group therapy to adolescents dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Devin feels comfortable working with both the young children and teens. She is playful and relaxed, putting youth at ease in the room. She is confident and is able to help children feel more secure and less anxious. She likes to help parents with communication and teach their children ways to cope with stress, anxiety and other emotional issues. Thus, helping the family unit become stronger and less in need of therapy.
Devin regularly speaks at local panels for female youth through the Soroptimist leadership program. She enjoys providing athletes and parents with monthly seminars about topics such as motivation, building confidence, finding their zone, and developing leadership.
Devin was a member of the University of Vermont, Division 1 Women’s Lacrosse team and still loves to be a part of the game. She is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at California Lutheran University.
