Find the support that fits

Finding the right kind of help—and the right person to provide it—can make a meaningful difference. Fulton Psychological Group brings psychologists, marriage and family therapists, psychiatry, assessment specialists, coaches and allied professionals together in one practice. We help match clients with clinicians whose experience, style and availability fit their needs, and we collaborate across services when that is useful.

Our services

Individual Therapy

Individualized, evidence-based therapy for children, teens and adults addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, OCD, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, relationships, family conflict and life transitions. With younger clients, therapy may include games, role-play and activities, and parents are typically involved so skills can be reinforced at home.

Psychological Testing

Individualized assessment ranging from focused screenings to comprehensive batteries for ADHD, learning differences, executive functioning, academic achievement, cognitive strengths and weaknesses, emotional or behavioral concerns, personality and developmental questions. Clear reports connect results with practical recommendations for home, school, treatment and accommodations.

Psychiatry

Psychiatric evaluation, consultation and medication management for children, adolescents and adults. Care may address ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic, sleep problems, bipolar disorder and other complex symptoms, with clear discussion of benefits, side effects and alternatives and coordination across the treatment team.

Executive Functioning & Educational Support

Executive functioning coaching, educational therapy and consultation for organization, planning, time management, motivation, homework systems and academic follow-through. We also help families navigate school services, accommodations, advocacy and educational or treatment placement decisions.

Therapy Groups

Structured, skills-based groups for children and teens addressing friendships, social cues, empathy, communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, peer pressure, self-esteem and family relationships. Groups use discussion, activities and role-play, with parent sessions or consultation to help skills carry into daily life.

Performance Psychology

Individual mental-skills training for athletes and performers of all ages and levels, including beginners, college athletes and professional competitors. Work may focus on confidence, focus, preparation, performance anxiety, motivation, consistency, injury, recovery from mistakes and coach–athlete communication. Team training addresses cohesion, leadership and communication.

Therapy for women across life stages, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, fertility challenges, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and depression, motherhood, menopause, PMDD, trauma, adoption, surrogacy and major life transitions.
