Support across life stages

Individual therapy. Treatment may address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, changing roles, relationship concerns and major life transitions. The goal is to create space for healing and growth while building practical ways to manage the demands of daily life.

Fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Support may address fertility challenges, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy-related stress, birth experiences, postpartum anxiety or depression, adjustment to parenthood and the emotional demands of motherhood.

Menopause and PMDD. Therapy can help women understand the emotional effects of hormonal changes, strengthen coping and communication, and address how symptoms affect relationships, work and overall well-being.

Relationships and family. Therapy may focus on communication, intimacy, conflict, changing family roles, parenting and navigating transitions together. Couples counseling is also available when relationship concerns are central.

Care for complex experiences

Trauma and abuse recovery. Experienced clinicians provide a safe setting to process difficult experiences, rebuild a sense of control and self-worth, and develop coping skills. Treatment is matched to the clinician’s training and the client’s needs.

Adoption support. Services may include pre-adoption counseling, support during the adoption process and help with post-adoption adjustment, family relationships and the emotional well-being of parents and children.

Surrogacy support. Therapy can address the emotional and relationship questions that arise while considering surrogacy, working with a surrogate and adjusting to new family dynamics after the birth.
